All eyes on me
Serie of painting and photo.
When I was a young girl I had a lot of eyes on me, loading me with expectations, ideas, formats to do things
that did not belong to me, that deep inside I did not believe in. I knew there had to be a different way to do things, to live. My clearing moments were at the playground, when I took the time to expel all those butterflies that were planted and grew inside of me without permission. That was my way to release, to clear my mind, my body, that is how I dealt to become free and myself again and again.
Mixed media 48x36 inches
Sand, acrylic paint, oil pastel, charcoal.
