Refunds

● No refunds after a session has been provided.
● Refunds are available only when you cancel 7+ days before your appointment.

Cancellations

● 7+ days’ notice: Full refund to original payment method or a gift certificate (no expiration).
● < 7 days’ notice: No monetary refund; a gift certificate for the full session value will be issued.
● No‑shows: Fee is forfeited; no refund or credit.

Rescheduling

● Please request changes 48+ hours before your session.
● < 48 hours: Rescheduling is at our discretion and may require a fee.
