Booking & Payment

● Payment in full is required to secure and assign your session.
● Bookings must be confirmed 48–72 hours prior to the appointment. Unpaid bookings may be released.
● Accepted methods: [credit/debit card / PayPal / bank transfer]. All prices are in USD. Client is responsible for any bank, transfer, or currency‑conversion fees.

Session Timing & Late Arrivals

● Sessions start and end at the scheduled time.
● If you arrive late, time may be deducted at our discretion; fees are unchanged.
● We may decline or stop a session due to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or disrespectful conduct; no refund will be issued.

Client Readiness (In‑Person & Virtual)

● Please arrive hydrated, grounded, and ready.
● For virtual sessions, ensure a quiet, private space and stable internet. If your environment or connection disrupts the session, we’re not obligated to extend or reschedule.

Health Consent & Assumption of Risk

By booking, you confirm you are able to participate, understand these services are non‑medical and voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your well‑being and outcomes.

Intellectual Property & Recordings

● All materials, meditations, methods, exercises, and session content remain our intellectual property. For personal use only; no reproduction, sharing, training, or resale without written consent.
● Recording is prohibited (audio/video/screen‑capture) without our prior written permission. We do not record sessions without your consent.

Communication Boundaries

● Unless expressly included in a package, post‑session support (texts, voice notes, emails, extra calls) is not included and may require a paid follow‑up.

Packages, Transfers & Expiration

● Packages are not transferable unless approved in writing by Patricia Buraschi.
● Package sessions must be used within [6 or 12] months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
● Gift certificates issued under this policy do not expire (unless a different term is stated in writing).

Price Changes

Prices may change without notice. Confirmed, paid bookings are honored at the price paid.

Chargebacks

You agree to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns. Initiating an unfounded chargeback may be considered a breach of these Terms.

Force Majeure

If circumstances beyond our control occur (e.g., illness, emergencies, natural disasters, platform outages), we may reschedule or issue a credit/gift certificate in our discretion.

Testimonials & Outcomes

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee results. Your outcomes depend on your unique circumstances and participation.

Electronic Communications & E‑Signature

You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic acceptance/checkout constitutes your signature and agreement to these policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue: Miami, Florida.
