Originally from Argentina and living in the United States since 1999 \u2014 fifteen years in New York and the last six in Miami \u2014 I call both countries home. Naturally curious and an endless explorer of my inner world, I\u2019ve been seeking the meaning of life and its dialogue with me since a very young age. Creativity, art, and healing have always been my companions \u2014 tools to process, understand, and transform the messages I receive through meditation and channeling.<\/p>

My path has not always been smooth. The most challenging seasons have also brought my greatest breakthroughs, leading me to a deeper awareness, a closer connection to nature, and expansive opportunities. Along the way, I\u2019ve been guided by compassionate and grounded healers, teachers, and coaches whose presence has shaped my journey.<\/p>

It all began in 2002, when a friend invited me to a Kundalini Yoga class in her Brooklyn living room. That afternoon opened a portal I could not yet understand. Years later, in 2009, life took me to India for six months, where I studied pranayama with a yogini named Smriti in Varanasi, living above her yoga studio by the Ganges River. India felt like home \u2014 so much so that I didn\u2019t want to leave \u2014 but Smriti told me, \u201cYou must return and share what you\u2019ve learned.\u201d That inspiration led to my first book, Yoga Book for Children, co-authored with Beth Maderal, and to my Kundalini Teacher Training at Hari NYC, which opened another chapter as I began teaching.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Since 2010, I\u2019ve taught yoga and meditation to individuals, groups, and organizations in the United States, Argentina, and Brazil. But in 2016, a personal crisis brought me to Family Constellations Therapy. That work, combined with coaching, yoga, and meditation, helped me break free from toxic cycles, rebuild my self-worth, and cultivate the emotional tools and resilience to see life as a blooming garden instead of a battlefield.<\/p>

In 2022, I felt a deep integration of all the healing work I had done \u2014 an aha moment that made me realize I wanted to share with others the therapies that had helped me on my most difficult moments, so I got certified in Family Constellations, Akashic Records readings, and Access Bars. Since then, I\u2019ve facilitated over 600 sessions and workshops for individuals, groups, and corporate teams, both in-person and online. I also published my second book and oracle deck, Oracles from the Akashic Records and Conversations with Your Inner Child Oracle.<\/p>

I never planned any of this. It\u2019s been an ongoing conversation with Life \u2014 one in which she invites, whispers, nudges, and sometimes pushes me forward. I\u2019ve learned that life is a serious game: you can\u2019t lose, you can\u2019t win, but you must remember to celebrate along the way. The first step seems to be the hardest, but after having gone through many challenges in my life and looking back at all the transformation, healing and gifts life has provided me, I would take that first step again when I need to. These days life is taking me on a journey and learning chapter of\u00a0 deeply letting go of mental and emotional structures that prevent me from experiencing more expansion, beauty, love and fun.\u00a0 Sometimes is hard, other times painful, but when I connect to that deeper trust and understand that life is on my side my day flows smoother and my whole system can relax.<\/span><\/p>

My intention is to meet you at the place that you currently are in your spiritual journey and from that place we walk together one time, three times or hundreds of times using the different therapies that I offer depending on what you resonate with each session. In that process I aim to share space, time, tools and techniques that will strengthen you mentally, physically and spiritually connecting to your heart and have the courage to live the life of your dreams.<\/p>
