Nac\u00ed en Argentina y vivo en Estados Unidos desde 1999 \u2014 quince a\u00f1os en Nueva York y los \u00faltimos seis en Miami \u2014 por eso considero a ambos pa\u00edses mi hogar. Curiosa por naturaleza y eterna exploradora de mi mundo interior, desde muy joven he buscado el sentido de la vida y el di\u00e1logo que sostiene conmigo a trav\u00e9s de las experiencias diarias. La creatividad, el arte y la sanaci\u00f3n han sido siempre mis aliadas \u2014 herramientas para procesar, comprender y transformar los mensajes que recibo en meditaci\u00f3n y canalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

Mi camino no siempre ha sido f\u00e1cil. Los momentos m\u00e1s desafiantes han tra\u00eddo tambi\u00e9n mis mayores revelaciones, llev\u00e1ndome a una conciencia m\u00e1s profunda, a una conexi\u00f3n m\u00e1s \u00edntima con la naturaleza y a oportunidades expansivas. En ese recorrido he recibido la gu\u00eda de sanadores, maestros y coaches compasivos y enraizados, cuya presencia ha marcado mi historia.<\/p>

Todo comenz\u00f3 en 2002, cuando una amiga me invit\u00f3 a una clase de Kundalini Yoga en su sala en Brooklyn. Aquella tarde abri\u00f3 un portal que a\u00fan no pod\u00eda comprender. A\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, en 2009, la vida me llev\u00f3 a India por seis meses, donde estudi\u00e9 pranayama con Smriti, una yoguini de Varanasi, viviendo sobre su estudio de yoga junto al r\u00edo Ganges. Me sent\u00ed en casa en India \u2014 tanto que no quer\u00eda irme \u2014 pero Smriti me dijo: \u201cDebes regresar y ense\u00f1ar lo que has aprendido.\u201d Esa inspiraci\u00f3n me llev\u00f3 a escribir mi primer libro, Yoga Book for Children, junto a Beth Maderal, y a completar mi formaci\u00f3n como profesora de Kundalini Yoga en Hari NYC, que abri\u00f3 otro cap\u00edtulo al comenzar a ense\u00f1ar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Desde 2010 he impartido clases y talleres de yoga y meditaci\u00f3n a personas, grupos y organizaciones en Estados Unidos, Argentina y Brasil. En 2016, una crisis personal me llev\u00f3 a las Constelaciones Familiares. Este trabajo, junto con el coaching, el yoga y la meditaci\u00f3n, me ayud\u00f3 a liberarme de ciclos t\u00f3xicos, reconstruir mi autoestima y cultivar herramientas emocionales y resiliencia para ver la vida como un jard\u00edn floreciente en lugar de un campo de batalla.<\/p>

In 2022, I felt a deep integration of all the healing work I had done \u2014 an aha moment that made me realize I wanted to share with others the therapies that had helped me on my most difficult moments, so I got certified in Family Constellations, Akashic Records readings, and Access Bars. Since then, I\u2019ve facilitated over 600 sessions and workshops for individuals, groups, and corporate teams, both in-person and online. I also published my second book and oracle deck, Oracles from the Akashic Records and Conversations with Your Inner Child Oracle.<\/p>

I never planned any of this. It\u2019s been an ongoing conversation with Life \u2014 one in which she invites, whispers, nudges, and sometimes pushes me forward. I\u2019ve learned that life is a serious game: you can\u2019t lose, you can\u2019t win, but you must remember to celebrate along the way. The first step seems to be the hardest, but after having gone through many challenges in my life and looking back at all the transformation, healing and gifts life has provided me, I would take that first step again when I need to. These days life is taking me on a journey and learning chapter of\u00a0 deeply letting go of mental and emotional structures that prevent me from experiencing more expansion, beauty, love and fun.\u00a0 Sometimes is hard, other times painful, but when I connect to that deeper trust and understand that life is on my side my day flows smoother and my whole system can relax.<\/span><\/p>

My intention is to meet you at the place that you currently are in your spiritual journey and from that place we walk together one time, three times or hundreds of times using the different therapies that I offer depending on what you resonate with each session. In that process I aim to share space, time, tools and techniques that will strengthen you mentally, physically and spiritually connecting to your heart and have the courage to live the life of your dreams.<\/p>
