Unpaid bookings may be released.<br \/>\u25cf Accepted methods: [credit\/debit card \/ PayPal \/ bank transfer]. All prices are in USD. Client is responsible for any bank, transfer, or currency\u2011conversion fees.<\/p><h3>Session Timing &amp; Late Arrivals<\/h3><p>\u25cf Sessions start and end at the scheduled time.<br \/>\u25cf If you arrive late, time may be deducted at our discretion; fees are unchanged.<br \/>\u25cf We may decline or stop a session due to inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or disrespectful conduct; no refund will be issued.<\/p><h3>Client Readiness (In\u2011Person &amp; Virtual)<\/h3><p>\u25cf Please arrive hydrated, grounded, and ready.<br \/>\u25cf For virtual sessions, ensure a quiet, private space and stable internet. If your environment or connection disrupts the session, we\u2019re not obligated to extend or reschedule.<\/p><h3>Health Consent &amp; Assumption of Risk<\/h3><p>By booking, you confirm you are able to participate, understand these services are non\u2011medical and voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your well\u2011being and outcomes.<\/p><h3>Intellectual Property &amp; Recordings<\/h3><p>\u25cf All materials, meditations, methods, exercises, and session content remain our intellectual property. For personal use only; no reproduction, sharing, training, or resale without written consent.<br \/>\u25cf Recording is prohibited (audio\/video\/screen\u2011capture) without our prior written permission. We do not record sessions without your consent.<\/p><h3>Communication Boundaries<\/h3><p>\u25cf Unless expressly included in a package, post\u2011session support (texts, voice notes, emails, extra calls) is not included and may require a paid follow\u2011up.<\/p><h3>Packages, Transfers &amp; Expiration<\/h3><p>\u25cf Packages are not transferable unless approved in writing by Patricia Buraschi.<br \/>\u25cf Package sessions must be used within [6 or 12] months of purchase unless otherwise stated.<br \/>\u25cf Gift certificates issued under this policy do not expire (unless a different term is stated in writing).<\/p><h3>Price Changes<\/h3><p>Prices may change without notice. Confirmed, paid bookings are honored at the price paid.<\/p><h3>Chargebacks<\/h3><p>You agree to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns. Initiating an unfounded chargeback may be considered a breach of these Terms.<\/p><h3>Force Majeure<\/h3><p>If circumstances beyond our control occur (e.g., illness, emergencies, natural disasters, platform outages), we may reschedule or issue a credit\/gift certificate in our discretion.<\/p><h3>Testimonials &amp; Outcomes<\/h3><p>Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee results. Your outcomes depend on your unique circumstances and participation.<\/p><h3>Electronic Communications &amp; E\u2011Signature<\/h3><p>You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic acceptance\/checkout constitutes your signature and agreement to these policies.<\/p><h3>Governing Law<\/h3><p>These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
