Holographic Family Constellations

This work helps you accept the past and present, and from there make new decisions for your next step. It’s systemic therapy — when your perspective shifts, your whole system shifts with it.

Many patterns that repeat in our lives are unconscious loyalties to our family line. This work surfaces that, releases it, and creates a new order — liberating you and the generations ahead.

Once you decide to attend, the constellation begins to activate in your life.

The person who brings forward an issue or pattern they want to explore. They choose group members to represent themselves and key figures in their story, then observe as the constellation unfolds — watching as the representatives move, speak, and react.

Depending on timing, 3–4 people will have the opportunity to constellate during the session. Everyone benefits from being part of the group process, even if you don’t constellate yourself — witnessing others’ work is often just as powerful.

No! This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of experience with constellation work or the Akashic Records.

A group member who stands in for someone from the seeker’s story. Without prior knowledge, representatives often feel sensations, emotions, or impulses that mirror the real family dynamic — many gain surprising insight into their own patterns by standing in someone else’s story.

Relationship patterns, family conflict, ancestral grief, chronic illness, career/money blocks, divorce, adoption, addiction, anxiety or depression, and life transitions — constellation work can bring clarity to any pattern that feels stuck or bigger than you.

Comfortable clothing is recommended. Bring an open heart, an open mind, water, and snacks.

Yes — street parking is available on the side of the house. Carpooling is encouraged since spots may be limited.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event via Eventbrite. If you cancel within that window, I’m happy to offer you a space in next month’s workshop, or credit toward a 1:1 session for any of the therapies or programs I offer.

Absolutely! Bringing a friend is $111 total for both of you.

This is a healing and self-discovery experience, not a substitute for licensed therapy or medical/mental health treatment. Many people find it complements their personal growth journey, but if you’re currently working with a therapist, we encourage you to continue that support alongside this work.

We’ll integrate Akashic Records messages into the session — an anchor for clarity and openness, continuing the healing activated in the workshop, whether Representative or Seeker.
